INDIANOLA, Iowa — Iowa state troopers joined the son of a fallen trooper on Wednesday during RAGBRAI. Trooper Mark Toney died in a car crash in 2011. He was preparing to pull someone over south of Indianola when his car left the roadway for an unknown reason, leading to a rollover.
