Burdett man sentenced for arson, burglary
WATKINS GLEN, NY (CortacaToday) – A Burdett man faces up to 6 years in State Prison. Zane Seubert, 46, was sentenced in Schuyler County last month on felony arson and burglary charges. Seubert receives 2-6 years on the burglary charge, and 1-3 years on the arson charge. Chief Assistant District Attorney Jeremy Hourihan says those sentences will be served concurrently.

ALBANY | Gov. Hochul has announced economic development awards to 22 firms that will spur more than $200 million in capital investments and support 1,664 jobs throughout the state. Governor Hochul Announces the Start of Construction on a Lead Service Line Replacement Project in the City of Rochester. Governor Kathy Hochul today announced the start of construction on a critical drinking water project to replace 772 residential lead and galvanized drinking water service lines in the City of Rochester. This vital $5 million project is supported by a $3 million Water Infrastructure Improvement (WIIA) grant from the New York State Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC) and will advance the City’s plan to replace all lead service lines by 2030.
