" Sunday evening update on the WW River Spofford Road Fire. At 1800 hours tonight things have continued to cool off. We have one area about 1 mile below the North Fork that is still putting out some smoke. This is all contained to the North side of the river and well within the black. If we can continue to hold this for another 36 hours we feel very good on the situation. We will continue to patrol during the night hours. Again thank you all for your amazing support. We are a very strong community. "

" Tonight things are looking better than last night. We will be patrolling WW River, and up on top. We do have some smokers that are well within the black. As long as the winds stay calm, things should continue to look good. Once again, we would like to thank everyone for their support and all of the agencies and farmers who assisted us as well as the outpouring of food and drinks for everyone involved. We will update this again tomorrow."
