"Wednesday is Prince Spaghetti day". I remember hearing this as a child. It was definitely a thing in Massachusetts and New England, because my parents would literally save pasta night for Wednesday. Prince is born in Boston's North End. The brand we all know as Prince pasta started in the...
How a sand-sculpting festival is reviving Revere
For three days, sculptures made of golden-brown sand transform Revere Beach into a fleeting art gallery. Melineige Beauregard competed as an artist in the Revere Beach International Sand Sculpting Festival for almost a decade. Now she is part of the group Broken Glass, which coordinates the sculpting contest. Standing near a sculpture of a giant birthday cake covered in candles and festooned with ribbons, she reflected on the event’s impact.
Photos: This year’s Revere sand sculptures as impressive as ever
Visitors can enjoy not only the stately sculptures but also over 75 food vendors, amusement rides, and exhibitors. For the 20th year, patrons of the arts or anyone just looking for a fun way to spend an evening can appreciate fine sculptures made of a nontraditional medium — sand.

It’s difficult, both for longtime fans of the band and for newcomers, to fully grasp without understanding its context — the shows directly before and after it and their respective setlists; Evolve, the band’s new studio album, and the songs off of it which have been polished in live shows for years now; the tour, the year, the venue.

Country singer-songwriter Zach Bryan returned to Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, MA on Wednesday for his second show at the home of the NFL’s New England Patriots in two months.
