Do you think it would be a good idea for the state of New York to do like other states and eliminate the need for vehicle owners to have and pass a yearly safety inspection?. New York Attorney General Letitia James today stopped New York City property owner and management company Shamco Management Corp. (Shamco) from illegally denying housing opportunities to low-income renters in New York City.
