First Choice Healthcare clinics are holding “Pop Up Walk-in” school and sports exam days this week, August 12th to August 16th, all day at the clinics in Kewanee, Colona, and Toulon. These special clinics offer school and sports physicals for $40, but bring insurance information if you have insurance. The clinics offer physicals for junior and senior high school athletes, freshmen, sixth graders, kindergarteners, and preschoolers. Cleveland extends deadline until Aug. 28 for home repair lottery
CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Cleveland homeowners now have two more weeks to submit their names for a chance at winning the city’s home-repair lottery. LORAIN, Ohio — A company in Lorain that makes vehicle parts has plans to expand and create jobs. Camaco won a state tax credit worth $540,000 from Ohio’s Tax Credit Authority Thursday. The company manufacturers the frames of the seats in vehicles, and has a plant in Lorain that employs about 270 people.
