Minnesota Lynx guard Kayla McBride is set to compete in this year's 3-point contest before she plays in the 20th WNBA All-Star Game.

On Friday, July 19, McBride will compete alongside Stefanie Dolson, Jonquel Jones, Allisha Gray and Marina Mabrey at the Footprint Center in Phoenix, Arizona. The 3-point will be televised at 8 p.m. CT on ESPN.

McBride is averaging 16.4 points, 2.8 rebounds and 3.4 assists per game this season on 44.4/42.7/91.5 shooting splits for the Lynx as they currently sit in first place in the Western Conference heading into the All-Star/International break.

Minnesota's star guard will also represent Team WNBA in the All-Star Game on Saturday. The game will feature WNBA All-Stars against the USA Women's National Team at 7:30 p.m. CT.

It will be McBride's fourth All-Star Game appearance and first since 2019.
