When you take a look at the Minnesota Vikings roster, there are a few major holes that they need to address. Defensive line and cornerback are the two biggest ones.
The defensive line wasn't addressed this offseason by general manager Kwesi Adofo-Mensah which sparked a lot of frustration among fans and surprise with analysts. They did do a lot of work rebuilding the edge rusher position. Adofo-Mensah appears to view it as a more premium position and the Vikings had the 13th-ranked defense

2025 mock draft ahead of the first week of preseason and has the Vikings addressing cornerback, but not the prospect you would think. He has them taking Ohio State's Denzel Burke.
I am a sucker for physical defensive backs who play with an edge. That is Burke in a nutshell. After a rough 2022 season, Burke was outstanding in 2023. He also possesses above-average long speed, and has enough change of direction skills to mirror out of his pedal. There is an extremely high floor to work with Burke.
Cornerback is an interesting one for the Vikings. Adofo-Mensah doesn't appear to view it as a premium position after having acquired multiple players in more of a committee approach. It seems that Adofo-Mensah views the position as a weak link system, where it's best not to have a major weakness than have top-end talent.
What's intriguing here is Burke going ahead of Notre Dame's Benjamin Morrison, who is viewed by some as the top cornerback in the NFL Draft. With that said, Burke does have an intriguing profile and as Roberts mentioned, had an outstanding season in 2023. If he can continue that in 2024, this could be an option for the Vikings.
