Stockton city worker punches resident he says attacked him
(KWNO)-A disagreement over grass clippings may have led to a physical altercation in Stockton. Winona County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Stockton City Hall around 11:45 a.m. on Tuesday. According to a WCSO spokesperson, a city worker said a resident physically attacked him and the worker defended himself by punching the man in the face. The resident had a minor cut above his eye. The resident was apparently upset about grass clippings being blown onto his property. Neither man was arrested but the spokesperson said both could be served with citations for assault.
