NDSU Extension offers free “Stepping On” workshop

MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — The NDSU Extension Ward County is hosting a free fall prevention workshop in the fall.

According to a news release, “Stepping On” will help people build strength and improve balance while teaching about hazards, community safety, bone health, vision, and more.

The classes will be held weekly on Tuesdays from September 9 through October 22 from 1-3 p.m. at the Parker Senior Center in Minot.

The workshop is free, but registration is required because space is limited to 15 people.
