The City of Kannapolis is expanding its business district with a new arrival, Alta Warehousing & Logistics, a family-owned company with a specialization in beverages. Their newest facility, nestled within the freshly constructed Davidson 85 space at 5418 Davidson Highway, offers 146,628 square feet of prime real estate ready for the company's operations. Alta is expected to initiate business activities in September, launching their operations from the strategically located site near I-85 and Kannapolis Parkway.
