MISHAWAKA — The Mishawaka Police Department arrested a man on suspicion of an early morning shooting that resulted in a male shot in the hand.

Officers were dispatched to the intersection of Main Street and Mishawaka Avenue about 2:26 a.m. July 15, following reports of a gunshot victim and found a 38-year-old male shot in the hand.
