    UPDATE: Mobile Police arrest second suspect in kidnapping case

    Update (July 23, 11:35 a.m.) : Mobile Police on Tuesday arrested the second suspect in a July 10 kidnapping, News 5 has learned.

    22-year-old Erimontay Ernetis Armstrong was arrested and booked into the Metro Jail Tuesday at 12:15 a.m.

    Armstrong is charged with first-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault, and carrying a pistol without a license.

    He is the second suspect accused in the kidnapping that reportedly happened July 10. Gary Dotson was the first suspect wanted in connection with this incident. He turned himself in on Thursday, July 18.

    Armstrong will have two bond hearings, one on Tuesday, July 23, and one on Wednesday, July 24.
