On Wednesday at 10:06 a.m. an updated air quality alert was issued valid until 11 p.m. for Passaic, Hudson, Bergen, Essex and Union counties. "The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection has issued an Air Quality Action Day for the following counties: Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Union, Until 11 p.m. this evening. The tenants of 480 East 188th Street say they are living in deplorable conditions, and now Legal Aid has filed a lawsuit on their behalf.
