02 July 2024- A Fort Loudon woman is being charged with marijuana possession after a stop on Mercersburg Road last month. Pennsylvania State Police say they were conducting a patrol check around 10:49pm on June 30th when they stopped Kelcey Hann, 37, of Fort Loudon. During the check, Hann was reportedly found to be in possession of marijuana after the check in the 3300 Block of Mercersburg Road in Peters Township. She has since been charged.
Greencastle man charged with causing thousands of dollars in damage by throwing rocks at cars on I-81
03 July 2024- Half a dozen charges are being levied against a 23 year old Greencastle man after he allegedly threw rocks at multiple vehicles on I-81 this week. Joshua Aaron Shelton has been charged with felony criminal mischief damaging property, misdemeanor propelling missiles into occupied vehicles, three misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment, and misdemeanor corruption of minors. Shelton is behind bars in Franklin County on $5,000 bail.
Waynesboro man charged with stealing car and Walmart vest, trying to impersonate employee
02 July 2024- A Waynesboro man is looking at multiple felonies after allegedly going on a drunken excursion at a number of locations around the town. Hector Manuel Aponte Rojas is facing charges of felony theft, felony burglary, and felony criminal trespassing. He failed to post bail of $25,000 and is behind bars in Franklin County Jail.

Damon M. Holloway is facing charges of felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, misdemeanor assault, and misdemeanor terroristic threats. He remains behind bars on $5,000 bail.
