BART Begins Replacing Fare Gates at SF Civic Center Station
Work is underway to replace BART fare gates at the Civic Center station in San Francisco. Crews are doing each set one at a time, starting with the gates closest to the Seventh Street entrance. Those are closed for construction, the other two remain open. A new six-foot-tall gate was already installed at the station’s elevator entrance in April.
