TRAFFIC ALERT | Delays planned as crews pave 13th Street
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -Work on a $1 million Kentucky Transportation Cabinet paving project along 13th Street at Ashland starts next week. The project includes the removal and replacement of old asphalt and will be done after peak travel times. All work will take place between 7 p.m. and 7 a.m. each night.
