Bethesda employee punched in the face during robbery
GAITHERSBURG, Md. — A man is wanted in Montgomery County for allegedly trying to return stolen goods at a grocery store before assaulting an employee. According to police, they were called to the Giant Food grocery store in the 7100 block of Arlington Road in Bethesda for a strong-armed robbery, on Tuesday, June 25. A preliminary investigation showed the wanted man came in and tried to return items he didn’t pay for.
TaKorean Has Closed A Little More Than a Year After Opening
TaKorean has closed its Kentlands location after a little more than a year at 261 Kentlands Blvd in Gaithersburg’s Kentlands neighborhood. The Korean taco grill took over the space that was home to Nalley Fresh and opened on May 4, 2023. Permanent signage has already been removed and a note on the window states the following:
Montgomery County cracks down on disruptive house parties amid resident complaints
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Md. (7News) — 7News has been reporting on parties at homes in Montgomery County that have been advertised on social media. On July 1, 7News visited the Woodfield Estates neighborhood in Gaithersburg, Maryland where residents complained about loads of cars, loud music and boisterous people coming into their neighborhood to attend the house parties.
