New Spring Hill Park Opens in Covington, Newton County Celebrates Community-Driven Achievement
Newton County sliced through the ceremonial ribbon as it unveiled Spring Hill Park on Tuesday, July 30. The park, sprawled along 757 Lower River Road in Covington, brings a raft of amenities including a community building, playground, and a disc golf course to the Spring Hill area for the first time, according to a statement by the Newton County government.
