Montpelier man pleads guilty to raping minor, faces possible life sentence
BRYAN, Ohio — A Montpelier man pleaded guilty in late June in the Williams County Court of Common Pleas to raping an 11-year-old, according to court documents. The charge against Ray Ramos, 53, which specifies he is a "sexually violent predator," carries a mandatory life sentence with the possibility for parole after 25 years, court documents state.
