Delano flood waters begin to recede after reaching 19.44 feet
The South Fork of the Crow River remained flooded this week in downtown Delano, but the water level began to recede slowly after it crested on Monday. The river crested at 19.44 feet around noon on Monday, June 24, according to data from the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. Flood stage is 16.5 feet.

Albertville Lions Concert in the Park lineup
The Albertville Lions Club announced the Concert in the Park lineup for July. The Lions Club along with numerous sponsors, make the free event Concert in the Park possible each Thursday through Sept. 5, (excluding the Fourth of July). July 11 will feature The Michael Handler Project. Bob and the Beachcombers will play on July 18. Come and gather to hear Robby Vee on July 25. Concerts start at 6 p.m., during the Albertville Farmers Market, which takes place from 3 to 7 p.m. Performers will take the Depot stage at Central Park, located at 5801 Main Ave. NE, Albertville. Bring lawn chairs and some beverages along and enjoy some tunes. The Lions will be serving brats, hot dogs, chips, pop and water at the events.

Westonka board adopts 2024-25 school budget
