The portfolio comprises eighteen units across multiple buildings at 53 & 74-76 Glenwood Ave. Michael Scrima and Thomas Gorman of Redwood Realty Advisors represented both the buyer and seller in the deal. Neither party’s name was disclosed.

The event was held at Rutgers University in New Brunswick from July 8 through July 12. The program aims to train students to lead STEM activities and share their skills with their peers.
