FARGO (KVRR/KFGO) – Fargo Police have released additional details on the investigation that led to the arrest of 20-year-old J’Veonte “Amire” Logan, who is accused in the shooting death of Zion Brooks, 20, at the Arbors apartment complex on 6th Avenue S.
