Officers were called to the intersection of North Capitol Street and Fort Drive, Northeast for a multi-vehicle crash Saturday evening. When they arrived, three cars had visible damage to them. OXON HILL, Md. – The Prince George’s County Police Department’s Homicide Unit identified and charged two men in connection to a fatal shooting in Oxon Hill. A Washington, D.C., man has been convicted of first-degree murder and rape in a case that had gone unsolved for decades. In 1979, Vickie Lynn Belk was kidnapped, sexually assaulted and shot to death.
