A short-term, part-time, temporary grant funded position is currently available in the following job classification:

OFFICE ASSISTANT- MORRIS TOWNSHIP HEALTH DEPARTMENT:

Under general direction of the Health Administrator, candidate will be tasked with organizing applications, inspection reports and certificates for the Lead Paint in Housing Program overseen by the health department. Candidate will also help develop a database for tracking lead inspections, as well as inputting past inspections into the database.

JOB QUALIFCATIONS

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on excel

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Able to work independently

• Strong organizational skills

• Valid NJ Driver’s License

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• M-F, 25 hrs. a week, flexible schedule

• Short-term temporary grant funded position, open immediately
