Morrison County District Court felony charges filed

Morrison County Attorney Brian Middendorf and his staff have filed felony complaints against the following individuals:

• Frank Eugene Loehrer, 38, Clear Lake — In connection with an incident between Feb. 1 and March 31, Loehrer was charged with one felony count of violating an order for protection.

• James Gordon Hatella, 33, Minneapolis — In connection with a May 9 incident, Hatella was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance and one gross misdemeanor count of driving after cancellation.

• Justin Taylor Eschenbacher, 29, Fort Ripley — In connection with a May 5 incident, Eschenbacher was charged with one felony count of violating a domestic abuse no contact order.

• Kenneth Michael Johnson-Curtis, 35, Foley — In connection with a May 5 incident, Johnson-Curtis was charged with one felony count of fifth-degree possession of a controlled substance.
