Hegna convicted on assault charge
Luke Richard Hegna, 36, Little Falls, was sentenced in Morrison County District Court to 17 days in local confinement and two years of supervised probation and fined $100 for one misdemeanor count of assault. One felony count of assault by strangulation was dismissed. State Golf June 11-12
Below are summaries of local golfers at the 2024 State meet June 11-12. Imagine Hines and Whitney LeBlanc compete against the best at State Top performing high school golfers in Class AA competed at the State meet held at Ridges at Sand Creek in Jordan June 11-12. On the first day of the meet, The Pierz Pioneerz’s Whitney LeBlanc shot an 87, tying for 38th place. The Little Falls Flyers’s Imagine Hines tied for 59th, shooting a 93. The second day of the meet was cut down from 18 holes to nine due to weather. Hines score a 46. LeBlanc came up with 55 and took 60th. As a whole, Hines finished the meet shooting 139 and tyimng for 57th place. LeBlanc earned 142 and placed 60th.
