    Lane Closures for Electric Repairs, Multiple Construction Projects, Shoulder Closures and Detours Across Morris County, NJ.

    MORRISTOWN, NJ - From Netcong to Parsippany, Bulter to Pequannock and East Hanover, Morris County clogs with traffic due to electrical repairs, constructions, closed roads, and more remnants of severe weather. Here's what you need to know if you are hitting the roads in Morris County, NJ.

    Netcong: As of 1:41 PM today, all lanes on NJ 183 in both directions at CR 631/Allen St are closed due to an earlier incident and ongoing electrical repairs. Motorists are advised to seek alternate routes.

    Parsippany-Troy Hills Township: Multiple construction projects are causing lane closures across major roadways:

    • On US 46, one right lane is closed east of CR 654/Cherry Hill Rd in both directions until 3:00 PM.
    • Construction on NJ 10 westbound near S. Powder Mill Rd has the right shoulder closed until 3:00 PM.
    • A separate project on US 46 westbound east of I-80 has the left lane closed until 3:00 PM.
    • Additionally, the right shoulder on US 46 west of CR 618/Mountain Lakes Blvd in Mountain Lakes is closed until 3:00 PM.

    Butler: On NJ 23, the right shoulder is closed in both directions from south of CR 511/Boonton Ave to south of Maple Lake Rd until 3:30 PM.

    Pequannock Township: Construction on NJ 23 north of CR 680/Jackson Ave has the right shoulder closed until 4:00 PM.

    East Hanover Township: The right shoulder on NJ 10 westbound in the area of New Murray Rd is closed until 4:00 PM due to construction.

    Motorists are advised to plan their routes accordingly and anticipate potential delays in the affected areas.
