St. Louis-based Lutheran Senior now operates The Lutheran Home at Topton in Berks County, Luther Crest in South Whitehall Township, Lehigh County, and homes in Lewisburg and Carlisle. Before this acquisition, it operated only in Illinois and Missouri.
