Graffiti Junktion closing Thornton Park location this month
Orlando-based American burger bar chain, Graffiti Junktion (Instagram | Website), has just announced that it will close its Thornton Park location by the end of the month. The restaurant has been serving burgers at its current location on the corner of Washington and Summerlin. They moved the restaurant into the former Wildside Bar and Grille in 2016, which was owned by RB Management, the owners of Pacino’s Italian Ristorante, and Pulse Orlando. Prior to that, it was located up the street at 900 E. Washington Street [GMap] where Cavo’s is currently.

Three Arrested in Shooting after Purse Theft in Central Florida
Three Central Florida suspects were arrested this month in the city of Deltona following a shooting in DeLand stemming from a theft of a purse. A woman realized her purse was stolen from her car at Taylor Place Apartments in DeLand. FHP looking for hit-and-run driver who killed 71-year-old pedestrian
The Florida Highway Patrol is looking for a hit-and-run driver who killed a 71-year-old pedestrian Monday night on County Road 25 near Lake Weir in Marion County. The body of the Ocklawaha man was found shortly before 10 p.m. in the eastbound lane of travel on County Road 25 at Bay Road in Ocklawaha. A vehicle apparently hit the man and left the scene, according to FHP.
