Barnett — who has been a long-time coach at Michigan State and served as the Spartans interim head coach last year for 10 games — has joined the Northwestern staff this year. GRAND BLANC, Mich. (WJRT) - The Grand Blanc City Council approved a ballot question Thursday for voters to consider a millage that would provide additional funding for parks.
