FLINT, MI – Michigan State Police detectives are investigating a shooting at a gas station in the city this week that left one man dead and a second man injured. The shooting incident took place around 9:30 p.m. Monday, July 1, at a BP gas station in the 4000 block of Clio Road, according to a Michigan State Police news release.
Two Suspects Arrested In Flint Fatal Shooting
A deadly shooting on Flint’s north side Monday night has led to the arrest of two suspects. Police were called to a BP gas station in the 4000 block of Clio Road around 9:30. According to police, a 24-year-old man and an 18-year-old man got into a verbal altercation with two suspects which escalated into a physical fight. Police say someone then pulled a gun and shot the two victims. They were taken to a local hospital where the 24-year-old man died from his injuries. The 18-year-old was listed in good condition.
