TYLER, Wash. — Level 3 (Go Now) evacuation orders have been issued for a fire burning near Tyler. The fire, which is reportedly burning in the area of the South Columbia Basin Highway, has prompted Level 3 (Go Now), Level 2 (Be Set) and Level 1 (Be Ready) evacuation orders in the region.
Palestine pair arrested on drug charges following police chase
PALESTINE, Texas (KLTV) - Palestine police say they arrested two residents of the city following an attempted traffic stop on Friday. According to police, on July 26 at 11:29 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on a car driven by Connor Victor Schwab, 19, of Palestine. Police say that the vehicle had been reported stolen in Anderson County. The officer attempted the traffic stop at the intersection of Fifth and Sixth streets. However, the driver of the vehicle did not stop, so police initiated a pursuit.

Tyler — GOOD. Water stained; 80 degrees; 0.24 feet above pool. Rain and cooler weather in the forecast for the weekend. Crappie are good using minnows and jigs on brush in 16 feet of water. Catfish are good in 12-16 feet of water nightcrawlers, shrimp, and liver. Bream are good on red worms off the barge and throughout the lake.
