Newton Splash Pad Open Through Labor Day
The Newton Parks and Recreation Department is pleased to announce the Newton Splash Pad is open for the 2024 season. William Allen “Bill” Ketchie, 80, of Statesville, N.C., died Thursday, July 11, 2024, at his home. He was born in Iredell County on March 5, 1944, to the late Hubert Lee Ketchie and Beulah Griffith Ketchie.
