Woman Arrested After Attacking Patient at Somers Rehab Facility
SOMERS, N.Y. - An employee of The Paramount at Somers Rehabilitation and Nursing Center has been charged with physically attacking a disabled resident, state police said. Jossette F. HAVERSTRAW — A $5,000 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest of an 18-year-old man accused of fatally shooting Christian Alvarado on July 1. Police have re-released a wanted poster for Yandie Martinez with the $5,000 incentive to get information on his whereabouts. Police have sought Martinez for questioning since the 29-year-old Alvarado died from multiple gunshot wounds.
