UPDATE: Bicyclist Killed in Crash – Male Suspect Arrested After a Female Initially Claimed Responsibility
MURFREESBORO, TN - UPDATE - The Murfreesboro Police Department's Fatal Accident Crash Team (FACT) is continuing their investigation into a hit-and-run fatal collision between a vehicle and a bicyclist that occurred on Thursday, July 18. The tragic incident took place next to the Walmart store in the 2900 block of S. Rutherford Blvd. around 5:30 in the evening. The identity of the 30-year-old male bicyclist is currently being withheld until his next of kin can be properly notified.

NELSON COUNTY, KENTUCKY - Early on July 20, 2024, at approximately 1:45 AM, the Nelson County Sheriff’s Office in Kentucky responded to a serious accident near the 32-mile marker on the eastbound side of the Bluegrass Parkway. Dale Armour named as Nolensville's next chief of police
Dale Armour has been named as Nolensville’s next chief of police as current Chief Roddy Parker is set to retire on Aug. 30. According to a Town of Nolensville news release, Armour “will work closely with Chief Parker through the month of August, ensuring a smooth transition of leadership for the department.”
