Heat advisory for North Alabama from Wednesday to Friday
On Tuesday at 1:37 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a heat advisory valid from Wednesday 1 p.m. until Friday 7 p.m. for Lauderdale, Colbert, Franklin, Lawrence, Limestone, Madison, Morgan, Marshall, Jackson, DeKalb and Cullman counties. The weather service says, "Heat index values between 102 and 108 degreesF are expected."

We are not under any heat advisories today but that will not stop “feels like ” temperatures to rise in the low 100s.
