    Muskogee Police look for person who shot two people sitting in parked car, killing one

    MUSKOGEE, Okla. — Muskogee Police need your help finding the person who shot two people sitting in a parked car, killing one of them.

    FOX23 reported the Muskogee Police Department is investigating a shooting that left a man dead and woman injured Wednesday morning.

    FOX23 spoke with Muskogee Police Officer Lynn Hamlin about the case and how you can help on Wednesday afternoon.

    Police said officers responded to a shots fired call near South Junction Street and Denver Street around 1:30 a.m.

    Officers found two people in a car with multiple gunshot wounds.

    38-year-old Reon D. Bell was transported to a local hospital and pronounced dead shortly after.

    Hamlin said Bell died a short time after arriving at the hospital.

    A woman was also transported to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Police say they are not releasing her identity at this time.

    "At this point, she has non-life threatening injuries,” Hamlin said.

    Man dead after Wednesday morning shooting in Muskogee

    Police say this investigation is in early stages and there is currently no suspect information.
