Exchange student visits Weiser to reconnect with community
A Swedish exchange student at Weiser High School in 2001, Mikael Kulle, second from left, brought his family, wife, Karin, and daughters, Tuva and Stella, for a vacation late last month with his host parents, George and Jeri Soulier. The bond between the families has continued and grown through the years.
