California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Reports Death of Condemned Inmate Convicted in Fresno County
At 12:23 a.m., Jennings was found unresponsive in his assigned cell during a security check. Responding staff initiated lifesaving measures and summoned an ambulance. Jennings was pronounced deceased by the Vacaville Fire Department at 12:45 a.m. Solano County Coroner determined the cause of death to be natural at 3:18 a.m.
