Carroll County sheriff cancels missing person alert after man found
CARROLLTON – The Carroll County Sheriff's Office canceled a missing person alert Friday afternoon, after saying authorities had located a 77-year-old man who had been missing since Thursday night. The Sheriff's Office had issued an alert Friday morning. It said a Carrollton man who suffered from memory loss had driven away from his home Thursday night and hadn't been seen since.
