Dasha experiences Grand Ole Opry for the very first time during magical debut

The sky is the limit for California native, Dasha , who made her debut at Nashville’s Grand Ole Opry over the weekend. The night was made extra special for her as the 24-year-old had never even set foot in the famed venue before her Saturday night performance.

“I’ve never been, I’ve never set foot in there,” Dasha shared with Audacy’s Rob + Holly at CMA Fest one week before her debut. “Once I heard that I was going to have my debut, I was like, ‘I want that to be my first time.'”

She continued to share what an honor it is for her, especially as she experiences the great success of her debut single, “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’).”

“This is legit, it’s the culture of Country music. I’m so grateful to even get the opportunity,” she expressed. “I got the outfit all ready… It’s going to be amazing.”

Amazing is exactly what it turned out to be as she stunned in a black, sequin dress with her hair swept up while she played, “Talk of The Town,” and a special stripped version of “Austin (Boots Stop Workin’).”

“This building physically represents the heart of Country and I think that’s why it means so much to me tonight,” she said following her emotional performance. She also took time to encourage others with a dream stating, “For all of you out there chasing the dream like I was, like I am — just don’t stop. It’ll happen.”
