Jelly Roll and Ashley McBryde — who both had their own performances at the 4-night event — took the stage throughout the weekend to host. The lively pair guided fans through the excitement of this year’s 51st annual event which saw fans from all 50 U.S. states and 46 different countries.

"Stepping onto the stage in front of 50,000 people to host CMA Fest at Nissan Stadium in my hometown of Nashville was indescribable,” shared Jelly Roll. “The magnitude of the moment really hit me, to be across the street from the juvenile detention center I was in and to now be on stage hosting—how do you describe being in the same exact place while being in a place that couldn’t be more different, at the same time.”

Added McBryde, “When my buddy, Jelly Roll, and I walked out into this massive crowd and felt the electric energy for the first time, it felt important. We were nervous! But it also felt good, because at the root of it all, it’s just me and my pal cutting up, only we’re doing it on national television for CMA Fest.”

Several other artists helped celebrate this 51st year for the festival by taking the stage with powerful performances which will be featured in the three-hour special. They include; Luke Bryan , Jordan Davis , HARDY , Cody Johnson , Old Dominion , Jon Pardi , Carly Pearce , Jelly Roll , Keith Urban , Lainey Wilson , Post Malone , Blake Shelton , Little Big Town , Shaboozey , Thomas Rhett , Kelsea Ballerini , The War and Treaty and so many more.
