Alanis Morissette’s 8-Year-Old Daughter Performs With Mom on Stage

While Alanis Morissette is well-known for her singing prowess, with long-lasting hits like "You Oughta Know" and "Hand in My Pocket," it seems like she has some competition in her daughter, 8-year-old Onyx , who celebrated her birthday by taking the stage with the Grammy winner.

During her concert in Nashville, Tennessee, Morissette's daughter joined her to perform her hit song "Ironic," and Onyx stunned the audience with her impressive skills. A fan shared a clip from the audience, with the crowd cheering as Onyx energetically belted out the chorus, singing, "It's like rain on your wedding day/ It's a free ride when you've already paid."

In the background, Morissette's husband, Mario Treadway , also known as Souleye, put their youngest child, a son named Winter , on his shoulders and joined them with a big smile on his face. The couple also shares an older son named Ever , but it's unclear where he was at the time.

Fans got emotional seeing the clip, with reactions like, "Immediately made me tear up..I was literally this age when I was singing this song 😭," and "she put her whole little heart in it 💗."
