NASHVILLE — Tennessee Titans training camp for the 2024 season will begin in just a few short days. Competition is just around the corner.

A roster of 90 players will soon be cut down to 53 before the regular season. That leaves every player fighting for a roster spot and auditioning for 31 other organizations around the NFL.

Before camp kicks off, it’s time we preview Tennessee’s depth chart and who’s expected to make the roster. Here we'll be taking a look at the offensive line, a pivotal bunch that must improve from 2023 if the Titans want to be competitive.

    Roster (10)

    1. OT JC Latham (S)

    2. G Peter Skoronski (S)

    3. C Lloyd Cushenberry (S)

    4. IOL Daniel Brunskill

    5. G Saahdiq Charles (S)

    6. T Nicholas Petit-Frere (S)

    7. G Dillon Radunz

    8. T Leroy Watson

    9. T Geron Christian

    10. T Jaelyn Duncan

Most NFL teams keep either nine or 10 offensive linemen on the initial 53 man roster. When Brian Callahan was in Cincinnati, 10 seemed to be the norm and because we don't have any idea what Callahan's philosophy as a head coach will be , I'm sticking to that number.

The Titans have plenty of depth on the offensive line where even with 10 players making the team , there will be some surprising cuts and intriguing position battles throughout camp.

I've got Latham, Skoronski , Cushenberry, Charles, and Petit-Frere marked as the projected starting five. Daniel Brunskill is the backup center. The versatility of Dillon Radunz makes him valuable as a backup guard. Leroy Watson and Geron Christian provide veteran depth at tackle, and Jaelyn Duncan sneaks in the final roster while he develops in year two.

    Cuts (4)

    - T Brian Dooley

    - T Lachavious Simmons

    - G Andrew Rupcich

    - T John Ojukwu

Andrew Rupcich and John Ojukwu were two players that Tennessee was bullish on last season. Both young players saw their first bit of NFL action under Mike Vrabel in 2023, but given all the additions made to the room, they'll need to show drastic improvement to steal a roster spot.

The Titans gave up a seventh-round draft pick for Leroy Watson. Geron Christian worked with Bill Callahan in Cleveland, where he started nine games in 2023. Dillon Radunz and Daniel Brunskill are significantly better players than anybody on this cut list, and Jaelyn Duncan has more upside.

It's hard for me to see how Dooley, Simmons, Rupcich, or Ojukwu crack the 53 at this point in time. But I would expect Rupcich and Ojukwu back on the practice squad if Tennessee does decide to cut them.
