The Tennessee Titans made a few roster moves on Thursday, with the team signing two players and parting ways with one of their 2024 undrafted free agents.

According to Sam Phalen of AtoZ Sports Nashville , the Titans have waived running back Dillon Johnson, who was inked following the 2024 NFL Draft.

After an impressive final collegiate season at Washington in which Johnson tallied 1,195 rushing yards, 190 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns, we thought the rookie had a shot to crack the Titans' initial 53-man roster out of training camp thanks to his skillset being a nice complement to fellow backs Tyjae Spears and Tony Pollard.

Boy, were we wrong. With Johnson gone, the Titans now have Spears, Pollard, Julius Chestnut, Hassan Haskins and UDFA Jabari Small on the roster.

The move to waive Johnson cleared some space for the Titans to add a pair of players in offensive lineman Corey Levin and outside linebacker Shane Ray.

Titans fans know Levin well after he was the Titans' sixth-round pick in 2017. He has appeared in 61 games (four starts) over four seasons with Tennessee and played in 16 games for the Titans last season.

Ray is also a familiar face, as he was brought in for a tryout at Titans rookie minicamp earlier this offseason.

The Titans are back on the practice field on Thursday for their second session of training camp. We'll have full coverage once it's over.
