Tennesseans making a splash in Paris 2024 Olympics

Team USA is making a splash at the Paris Olympics, and Tennesseans have been helping to bring home some of the 14 medals won so far .

Nashville native Gretchen Walsh and University of Tennessee star Erika Connolly contributed to Team USA's silver medal in the free relay Saturday.

Harpeth Hall came out to cheer on alumna Gretchen Walsh over the weekend as she won her second silver medal in the 100-meter butterfly .

And another former UT swimmer, Mona McSharry of Ireland, won bronze Monday in the 100 meter breaststroke .
