Titans Wide Receiver DeAndre Hopkins To Miss Time With Injury

The Tennessee Titans will be without one of their premier pass catchers for at least one month. According to NFL Insider, Paul Kuharsky, Titans' wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins will miss approximately 4-6 weeks with a knee injury suffered during practice.

That timeline should keep Hopkins out of action throughout the entire preseason and potentially the start of the NFL regular season. Titans' quarterback, Will Levis, was hopeful to have Hopkins atop a receiving core consisting of new additions Calvin Ridley and Tyler Boyd.

Ridley and Boyd will both have to step up in Hopkins' absence, as the Titans look to improve on a disappointing 6-11 record in 2023.

After playing in just 9 games with the Arizona Cardinals in 2022, Hopkins enjoyed a bounce back campaign in his first season with the Titans. Hopkins posted solid numbers with 75 receptions, 1,057 yards, and 7 touchdowns. For now, the Titans will remain hopeful Hopkins will rebound in time to suit up for their Week 1 matchup against No. 1 overall pick, Caleb Williams, and the Chicago Bears on September 8th.
