EAST TAWAS, MI — An Oscoda man has been convicted of threatening his former landlord, who also happened to be the county prosecutor. An Iosco County jury on July 12 found Dominique J. Simo, 40, guilty of malicious use of a telecommunications device. The misdemeanor is punishable by up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine.
