Essexville teacher accused of inappropriate relationship with student will not be charged
ESSEXVILLE, MI — Prosecutors have declined to charge a former Essexville teacher alleged to have had an inappropriate relationship with a student. Essexville officials confirmed July 11 Bay County Prosecutor Nancy E. Borushko had relayed to them her decision not to issue criminal charges. As such, they were able to grant a Freedom of Information Act request seeking reports of police investigation into the matter.
